Early US Visa Appointment Assistance

Help with B1/B2 booking, rescheduling and preparation for applicants looking for an earlier available interview date through the official process.

What appointment assistance means

We help applicants organise the information needed for the official scheduling profile, check that the DS-160 and passport details are ready, understand the required fee step, book an available date and assess legitimate rescheduling options.

Our team helps applicants from Delhi and across India seek US visa appointments within approximately two to three months when suitable dates become available in the official system. This is an assistance service—not ownership or control of appointment inventory.

No guaranteed dates: availability is released and managed by US authorities. It can change by location, visa category, workload and newly opened inventory.

Prepare the application before chasing a date

An appointment is useful only when the application information is ready. Incorrect passport numbers, a DS-160 prepared for the wrong post, inconsistent visa categories or unfinished payment steps can create problems during booking or later at the interview.

  • Passport bio-page details checked carefully.
  • DS-160 confirmation number available and linked correctly.
  • Visa category and travel purpose understood.
  • Official fee-payment step completed where required.
  • Applicant can attend both the relevant biometrics and interview requirements.

Normal rescheduling and official expedite requests are different

Applicants may sometimes move an existing appointment when an earlier date appears in the normal calendar. An official expedited interview request is different and is generally intended for genuine urgent, unforeseen circumstances under the rules of the relevant post.

Department of State guidance says applicants seeking an expedited interview normally must first submit the DS-160, pay the fee and schedule the first available appointment before requesting an expedite. Evidence of the urgent need may be required. Approval is entirely discretionary.

Reschedule carefully

Before changing an existing date, consider whether the new appointment is confirmed, whether the applicant can attend all required steps and whether rescheduling limits apply in the official system. Cancelling a usable date without understanding the process can leave the applicant with a later appointment.

We explain the available option before a change is made and keep the applicant informed about what the official system shows at that time.

Interview-waiver cases

Some qualifying renewal applicants may be eligible for interview-waiver processing under current Department of State and local rules. Eligibility is not automatic, and a consular officer may still require an in-person interview. The official questionnaire and current post instructions should be followed.

Understand the two appointment stages

A visitor visa applicant may need a biometrics or document-submission stage and a consular interview stage. The labels and sequence shown in the official system must be read carefully. A date that appears early may cover only one stage, so the complete schedule—not a single calendar entry—should be checked before travel is arranged.

We assist applicants based in Delhi as well as other parts of India. Availability may differ between New Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Hyderabad and Kolkata. A different city can create extra travel, accommodation and timing requirements. The practical question is whether the applicant can attend every required stage and whether the selected locations are permitted by the current system.

New booking, rescheduling and expedite are separate services

SituationWhat it means
New appointmentThe applicant has completed the required profile and payment steps and is selecting an available date for the first time
Normal reschedulingAn applicant with an existing booking moves to an earlier or more suitable date visible in the official calendar
Official expedite requestA separate request based on qualifying urgent circumstances, supporting evidence and the post's discretion

These routes should not be mixed together. An ordinary desire to travel sooner does not automatically qualify as an emergency, and an expedite request should never contain exaggerated or fabricated evidence.

Information we check before appointment work begins

  • Applicant name, passport number, date of birth and passport expiry.
  • Visa category and the primary purpose recorded in the DS-160.
  • DS-160 confirmation number and selected application location.
  • Official profile status, payment status and any existing appointment.
  • Preferred cities, dates that cannot be attended and realistic travel flexibility.
  • Whether the case is a first application, renewal, refusal reapplication or interview-waiver assessment.

This initial check prevents an earlier calendar date from being attached to incorrect or incomplete application information.

Protect the applicant's account and personal information

Appointment assistance involves sensitive identity and scheduling information. Applicants should never send card details, one-time passwords or unrelated identity records through an open message. Access should be limited to what is necessary for the agreed service, and the applicant should retain their confirmation pages, payment evidence and appointment notices.

We use the official scheduling process only. We do not claim a private allocation of embassy appointments, bypass security controls or sell dates outside the official system.

Our appointment assistance process

  1. Check the applicant’s category, passport and DS-160 readiness.
  2. Review the official scheduling profile and fee status.
  3. Book or review the existing appointment.
  4. Assess legitimate earlier availability and rescheduling options.
  5. Prepare the applicant for the required biometrics and interview steps.

Frequently asked questions

Can you guarantee an early appointment?

No. We assist applicants seeking earlier dates and may help identify legitimate availability, but official inventory changes and no particular date can be guaranteed.

Do you sell embassy appointment slots?

No. Appointments must come through the official system. We do not sell private inventory or claim control over the embassy calendar.

What is needed before an appointment can be booked?

Applicants generally need accurate passport details, a completed DS-160 confirmation, the required official profile and fee-payment steps, and the correct visa category.

Is an expedite request the same as rescheduling to an earlier slot?

No. A normal earlier slot may appear in the official calendar. An expedite request is a separate official process for qualifying urgent circumstances and requires supporting evidence.

Can OFC and interview appointments be in different cities?

The official system may show different location options depending on current availability and rules. The applicant should confirm the complete appointment sequence and practical travel requirements before accepting a combination.
