About US Visa Agents
A Delhi-based private consultancy focused on practical US visitor visa application support—not government representation or visa guarantees.

Help applicants understand and present their own case accurately
US Visa Agents assists people applying for temporary B1/B2 visitor visas for tourism, family visits and permitted business travel. The work can include profile assessment, DS-160 preparation, supporting-document review, official appointment assistance and interview preparation.
We begin with the applicant’s real circumstances. A credible application should connect the purpose of travel, timing, funding, employment or business position, family situation and previous travel. We do not create facts to fill gaps.
- Applicant-confirmed information
- Clear distinction between guidance and government decisions
- Profile-based documents rather than generic bundles
- No promise of a visa or guaranteed appointment date
Focused support for visitor visa applicants
The website and consultation process are deliberately centred on a smaller set of connected visitor visa topics.
Tourist & family visits
Purpose, funding, DS-160, evidence and interview preparation.
Visitor visa guidanceBusiness visits
Meetings, conferences, negotiations and permitted temporary activity.
Business guidanceAppointment assistance
Official booking, rescheduling and legitimate earlier-date support.
Appointment guidanceOfficial instructions first, applicant facts second
Our service pages are reviewed against current US Department of State information on visitor visas, the DS-160, application fees, appointment wait times and visa refusals. Where an official source answers a factual question, the relevant guide links directly to it.
Official instructions can change. We therefore separate government-controlled facts from our own consultancy process and avoid presenting an estimated appointment period, document suggestion or interview preparation method as an embassy rule.
Content was last reviewed on 2 November 2026 by the US Visa Agents application-support team. Applicants should still check the current official instructions shown for their own profile and appointment.
A review that identifies the unfinished stage
We do not make every applicant restart. The first discussion establishes whether the person is choosing a category, preparing a DS-160, paying the official fee, seeking an appointment, organising documents, preparing for interview or reviewing a refusal.
The applicant receives an explanation of the next practical step, the information required for that step and the limits of the service. Sensitive records are requested only when relevant. Passwords, payment-card details and one-time codes should not be sent through the website enquiry form.
If a history suggests a possible legal ineligibility—such as misrepresentation, unlawful presence, unauthorised work, removal or a criminal issue—we may recommend advice from a qualified US immigration lawyer rather than treating the matter as routine form assistance.
What we will and will not do
Clear boundaries protect the applicant and make the assistance easier to evaluate.
We check consistency
Names, dates, purpose, funding, occupation, US contacts and previous application history should describe one accurate case.
We explain options
Normal booking, rescheduling, official expedite requests and interview-waiver assessment are not presented as the same process.
We protect truthful records
We do not create employment, bank, invitation, travel or sponsor evidence to make an application appear stronger.
We avoid false guarantees
Appointment inventory and visa decisions remain entirely under official control.
Independent private consultancy
US Visa Agents is not the US Embassy, a US Consulate, the US Department of State or another government authority. We cannot issue a visa, reserve official appointment inventory, influence a consular officer or decide whether an applicant qualifies.
Official forms, fees, appointments and visa decisions remain under the control of the relevant US authorities. Applicants should verify current instructions through official sources.
