Prepare for the interview
A strong B1/B2 application is internally consistent. The travel purpose, expected duration, available funds, employment or business circumstances, family situation and previous travel should make sense together.
Our first review looks for gaps that often create confusion later: unclear trip purpose, dates that do not match the applicant’s leave or business schedule, funding that is not explained, incorrect US contact information, incomplete employment history, or answers that conflict with earlier applications.
Each stage uses information from the previous one. Fixing inconsistencies early is easier than explaining them at the interview.
Clarify travel purpose, timing, funding, occupation, family circumstances and previous visa history.
Complete the official application accurately and retain the confirmation page after submission.
Pay through the prescribed channel and arrange the relevant biometrics and interview steps.
Review the submitted form, travel plan and documents so answers are clear and consistent.
Appointment wait times can change by post, category, workload and newly released inventory. We help applicants prepare the required details, use the official scheduling process correctly and assess whether an earlier date becomes available for rescheduling.
We do not sell embassy slots, control the official calendar or guarantee a particular date. Applicants with a genuine urgent situation should follow the official expedite-request rules and provide evidence of the need.
Read appointment guidanceApplicants should have a valid passport, a clear statement of the proposed trip, approximate travel dates, intended US destination and contact details, employment or business information, education history where requested, previous international travel and accurate information about earlier US applications or refusals.
The Department of State requires the DS-160 confirmation page for the visitor visa process. The current non-refundable application fee for non-petition-based visitor categories is US$185, while the local currency amount and payment instructions should always be checked in the official scheduling system because they may change.
Accuracy matters: applicants should never invent employment, income, travel history, relatives, sponsors or reasons for travel. Our assistance is based on the applicant’s truthful information.
A consultant can help organise information, explain official steps, identify inconsistencies, review supporting evidence and prepare the applicant to discuss the real travel plan. A consultant cannot decide the case, influence a consular officer, guarantee approval or create legitimate appointment inventory.
That distinction is important. The final decision is made by the relevant US authority after reviewing the application and, where required, interviewing the applicant.
Applicants in Delhi often contact us at very different points. Some are beginning a first visitor visa application and need the process explained. Others already have a DS-160 or appointment but want a consistency review before the interview. A refusal case requires a different discussion from a straightforward family visit, and a business traveller may need to connect the US invitation with their role in India.
The consultation therefore begins with a short case summary rather than a fixed package. We ask what category is being considered, whether a DS-160 has already been submitted, whether the government fee has been paid, whether an appointment exists and what the intended travel timing is. This prevents work from being repeated and helps identify the stage where assistance will be useful.
The full office address is kept on the contact page and in the footer. Please call or WhatsApp before visiting so the team can confirm the consultation and tell you what information to bring. Do not send passwords, one-time codes or unrequested identity documents through an open message.
A salaried professional may need to explain approved leave, employment continuity and how the trip fits the working calendar. A business owner may need to explain active operations, the commercial reason for a short visit and responsibilities requiring a return. A retired parent visiting family may rely on pension or savings, family connections and a sensible duration. A student or dependent applicant may need a clear, genuine funding explanation.
These profiles should not be forced into the same document list. The purpose of the review is to make the application understandable without manufacturing evidence. Where a sponsor will pay, the relationship and reason for sponsorship should make sense. Where the applicant will pay, the available funds should be proportionate to the trip and consistent with the financial history.
We also check that the proposed visit does not accidentally describe activities outside the visitor category. B1/B2 is for temporary qualifying travel; it does not authorise ordinary employment in the United States.
Our principal focus is temporary B1/B2 visitor visa assistance for tourism, family visits, permitted business travel, DS-160 preparation, supporting-document review, appointment assistance and interview preparation.
No. Appointment inventory and visa decisions are controlled only by the relevant US authorities. We provide application and appointment assistance but cannot guarantee a date or visa outcome.
Start once your travel purpose, approximate timing and funding are reasonably clear. Appointment availability can change, so leaving the process until shortly before travel creates avoidable pressure.
Yes. We assist applicants with the official booking and rescheduling process and with monitoring legitimate earlier availability. The service does not give us control over the official appointment inventory.
Typically we review passport details, travel purpose, intended itinerary, US contact information, employment or business history, education, previous travel and the applicant’s answers to the security and background questions.
